Sickness *******PLEASE READ****** If your child wakes up sick with a snotty running nose, coughing, and/or fever not related to teething or seasonal allergies please call me ASAP to discuss options. I work with newborns and try to keep sickness out of the studio for the safety of my littlest clients. If you contact me asap prior to coming in we can reschedule your session without penalty.

Covid *** - Choosing to wear a mask during the session is up to you. If you do wear one sometimes it is necessary to take them off when you are not bring photographed to get your little one to smile, and that is ok to do in studio. Many little ones smile when smiled at. If you have any symptoms please let me know so we can reschedule as soon as possible. I wipe down my studio and disinfect before and after all sessions. I am currently still wearing a mask during sessions for your safety and have been fully vaccinated as well. Please let me know if you have any concerns.


Photography Session Contract

  • A. Session Fees

    Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. No galleries or sneak peeks will be delivered until all fees have been paid.


  • B. Rescheduling

    If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session retainer is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.


    C. Re-shoots / Refunds

    Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, uncooperative children or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.


    D. Payment

    All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Photos will not be edited until payment in full is received. If client has arranged a payment plan, photos will be edited after the final payment has been received.


  • E. System Malfunctions

    Three Little Bears Photography is not responsible for any images lost due to SD card malfunction or hard drive failure. In the rare event that this should happen, a reshoot will be offered free of charge.


  • F. Liability

    Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. 


  • G. Copyright & Penalty

    Three Little Bears Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release is provided with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Three Little Bears Photography during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online gallery, blog, Facebook, Instagram, or hard copy images.
