A major part of expanding my business is by sharing the photos that I create on social media & my website, which may be how you found me. No personal information other than your child's first name will be shared. With your permission, I would love to share a few images from your session to post.

Sickness *******PLEASE READ****** If you or anyone in your family wakes up sick with a snotty running nose, coughing, and/or fever not related to teething or seasonal allergies please call me ASAP to discuss options. I work with newborns and try to keep sickness out of the studio for the safety of my littlest clients. If you contact me asap prior to coming in we can reschedule your session without penalty.

Covid *** - I have been fully vaccinated and I am happy and prepared to wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable. I ask that if you have not been vaccinated to please wear a mask during our session together when possible. Obviously masks will be taken off during photos. If you have any symptoms please let me know so we can reschedule as soon as possible. I wipe down my studio and disinfect before and after all sessions. All props and wraps are cleaned in between each session as well just like before Covid. Please let me know if you have any concerns.

Photography Session Contract

A. Session Fees

Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. No galleries or sneak peeks will be delivered until all fees have been paid.

B. Rescheduling
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session retainer is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

C. Re-shoots / Refunds / Late Arrivals
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, uncooperative children or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Please arrive on time as other sessions are booked on the same date. If you are late you may not get all of your allotted time.

D. Payment
All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Photos will not be edited until payment in full is received. If client has arranged a payment plan, photos will be edited after the final payment has been received.

E. System Malfunctions
Three Little Bears Photography is not responsible for any images lost due to SD card malfunction or hard drive failure. In the rare event that this should happen, a reshoot will be offered free of charge.

F. Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves while in the studio, on location or at home and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

G. Copyright & Penalty
Three Little Bears Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release is provided with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Three Little Bears Photography during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online gallery, blog, Facebook, Instagram, or hard copy images.

H. Client’s Usage

The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer. If the Photographer provides a digital file print release, the Client must act in accordance with the release.

I. Posing

I am happy to try any pose you would like during your session but can not guarantee that your baby will do a certain pose. My main goal is to keep your little one as happy as possible. A little fussiness is normal but I will not force them to do something they are not comfortable doing.

SESSION PREPERATION

Before your session dress your little one in loose fitting clothing for ease of changes for portraits.

Baby should be fed immediately at the beginning of the session or just prior to arrival. Don’t feel like you are wasting my time as I account for newborn feedings and changes during the session. A happy baby is the most important thing.

Please bring at least two bottles for feeding or any supplies needing for nursing. I do have a nursing pillow in studio as well.

If a pacifier is used please bring one of those as well. They help soothe your baby during posing.

You are welcome to change any siblings or yourself once you arrive if needed as well.

If your session is at your home please turn up your thermostat little in the area for the session and turn off any fans. It’s best to keep it warm for your little one and helps them stay asleep.
